Empowering Women: Advocating for Equality and Respectful Spaces
we are pleased to share the success of our recent event on social awareness, focused on advocating for an equal and respectful space for women. This impactful event was made possible through a collaborative effort between our organization and Ranka Public Charitable Trust and School of Law, Manipal University.
Held in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Justice M.M Shrivastava, Rajasthan High Court and the Guest of Honour, S.K Keshot, Former Judge Rajasthan and Gujarat High Court, the event garnered attention and participation from various sectors of society. The distinguished presence of these esteemed personalities added weight to our cause and emphasized the significance of the message we aimed to convey.
Throughout the event, participants engaged in meaningful discussions, workshops, and awareness sessions, addressing the importance of creating an environment that fosters equality and respect for women. The collaboration with Ranka Public Charitable Trust enhanced our reach and effectiveness, amplifying the impact of our collective efforts.

Transforming Lives through Empowerment: Projects in Dehmi Kalan Village, Jaipur, Rajasthan
The successful completion of the rakhi-making project by the women of India is a testament to the strength, creativity, and unity of our vibrant community. Through dedicated efforts, these women have not only crafted beautiful and meaningful Rakhi’s but have also woven a tapestry of empowerment and independence. This project goes beyond the artistic expression it symbolizes the resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of women, showcasing their ability to create opportunities for themselves. The Rakhi’s created with love and skill carry not just threads but stories of empowerment, financial independence, and the triumph of collaboration.
Greening Dehmi Kalan: Transforming Lives Through Environmental Conservation
The successful implementation of a plantation project in the government school of Dehmi Kalan village stands as a powerful example of the collective efforts and dedication of the women of India. With a shared commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being, these women have transformed the school grounds into a lush and vibrant green space. The initiative not only contributes to the beauty of the surroundings but also serves as an educational tool for the students, imparting valuable lessons about the importance of environmental conservation.

Seminar on need- fixation of notional income for home-makers
The triumphant conclusion of the skill development course for the women of Dehmi Kalan, orchestrated by “We the women of India” in collaboration with Laghu Udyog Bharti, marks a pivotal moment in the journey towards women’s empowerment. Through unwavering dedication and the spirit of cooperation, these women have not only acquired new skills but have also harnessed the potential for economic independence. The comprehensive course, tailored to the needs of the community, has equipped them with valuable tools and knowledge, enabling them to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and contribute meaningfully to the local economy. This skill development workshop included the art of mehendi, stitching and beauty parlour course for the duration of 2 months.
With this workshop 16 women of dehmi kalan village showed their interest towards the courses. To motivate them we had to do a hand- holding for the purpose by bearing with their expenses of transportation and the accessories needed for the course.
These courses empower them with valuable skills, opening doors to economic independence and self-reliance. Instead of being confined to traditional roles, these women are breaking barriers, and entering the workforce with newfound confidence and expertise. By actively seeking employment opportunities, they challenge stereotypes and contribute to the changing landscape of gender roles. Beyond the economic impact, their resilience sends a powerful message — women are not just passive beneficiaries of progress but active agents in shaping their destinies.

While traditionally overlooked in economic frameworks, the role of homemakers is undeniably vital to the well-being of families and society as a whole.
